The REF-SSBD800VDCJCQJ1 is an 800 V solid-state battery disconnect unit designed for electric commercial, construction, and agricultural vehicles (eCAVs). It combines Infineon CoolSiC™ JFET technology with XENSIV™ TMR current sensing to deliver high-current switching, ultra-fast short-circuit protection, integrated monitoring, and flexible control through CAN and GUI interfaces.
