The EVAL-M5-IMZ120R-SIC is a 3-phase inverter board for motor drive applications featuring CoolSiC™ MOSFETs. It requires a control board with the M5 32-pin interface connector, such as the XMC DriveCard 4400. This evaluation board supports initial designs with the CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200 V in discrete packages, accommodating various TO247 packages with a rated blocking voltage of 1200 V and typical on-state resistance of 45 mOhm.
