EVAL_IGK120B041S_GaN is a compact daughterboard for assembling and evaluating a CoolGaN™ 40 V, 9 mΩ bidirectional switch (BDS) in a 1.2 × 1.7 mm WLCSP package. It provides Berg stick terminals for drain‑1, drain‑2, and gate connections, making it compatible with the EVAL_GD_BDS_GaN gate driver evaluation board.
