CoolSiC™ XHP™ 2 gate driver evaluation board is designed for driving Infineon’s XHP™ 2 power module with voltage ratings up to 3300 V. The evaluation board enables fast-prototyping of parallel and single operation and consists of gate driver board and module adapters.
