The ZVS phase-shift full-bridge evaluation board is a newly developed 2kW ZVS DC-DC converter for telecom rectifiers, with 45-56VDC output and 350-420VDC input. It integrates Infineon products including full-bridge 600V CoolMOS™ CFD7 SJ MOSFET, OptiMOS™ 200V synchronous rectification MOSFET, CoolSET™ auxiliary converter, and EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN gate driver IC.
