The 2.5kW CCM full-bridge PFC system relies on Infineon’s CoolGaN™ technology to achieve over 99 percent system efficiency, suitable for server power supplies or telecom rectifiers. It features CoolGaN™ 600V e-mode HEMTs, CoolMOS™ C7 Gold superjunction MOSFET, and EiceDRIVER™ gate driver ICs. Operating with an input voltage range of 90 to 265 VAC and an output voltage of 390 VDC, it utilizes surface mount devices for enhanced assembly efficiency.
