The EVAL-1ED3491MX12M, in half-bridge configuration, uses two gate driver ICs (1ED3491MU12M) for IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs. It is suitable for double pulse testing, with a flexible switch type and is recommended for TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT IKW40N120H3 or CoolSiC™ MOSFET IMW120R030M1H. The board includes a power supply for both primary and secondary sides and offers a low voltage supply interface for versatile control.
