What is special about working at Infineon?

I love being surrounded by friendly and highly motivated people.

What have been your main tasks in your last position?

I led the Field Application Engineer (FAE) team, supervising and providing technical support for the Connected Secure Systems (CSS) products in EMEA, as well as specifying and coordinating improvement projects, for example in the distribution strategy.

What have been the results of your work in your last position?

We had a great team that pushed and supported products being integrated in CSS applications like smart watches, passports, and more. 

How do you assess the opportunities for further development at Infineon?

I have always received the support of my supervisors and other stakeholders which helped me to grow personally. Additionally, Infineon offers a wide variety of training opportunities. These positives, in combination with the right motivation, are helpful when it comes to facing new challenges and further developing your own career.

What are your job highlights in your current position?

I enjoy the global view of motor control solutions and the applications behind them, and working in a great team.

What are your biggest challenges in your current position?

Convincing customers to buy the right product at the right time in such a challenging market climate.

What inspires you?

Getting to know different people of all ages and backgrounds while sharing a cab, waiting in line, or traveling the world… Everybody has their own experiences and views of the world and it inspires me to talk to people, giving me a new perspective. 

What are you most proud of?

I was given the opportunity to lead a team as a 28-year-old woman in a technical company.
