What are your main tasks?

Driving profitable and sustainable business growth for Infineon in the India sub-region. 

Driving country sales for probably one of the most dynamic regions in the world demands speed and agility at every step, both in terms of decision-making and execution. Thanks to Infineon’s Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) division culture, we are completely in tune with the market and customer requirements – enabling us to be at the forefront of market developments.

What are the results of your work?

Identifying market segments in tune with Infineon’s mission, deploying the right strategies and aggressively pursuing the goals we set for ourselves, has put us on a sustainable growth path outgrowing the market.

What are your job highlights?

Working with the most dynamic division within Infineon to drive one of the world’s most dynamic regions.

What are your biggest challenges?

Market uncertainties and, in the current scenario, supply disruptions.
