There are many things that make Infineon special. If I had to choose a few, then I would have to say:
(a) Work-life balance (b) Appreciation of its people and (c) Leadership and communication.
All these ingredients put together make Infineon a great place to work.

As Senior Manager, managing and working with the WLAN design validation engineering team in ICW, I engage with a group of highly motivated engineers – they are boisterous and full of energy, yet empathetic and compassionate at the same time.

Since multiple projects run in parallel, co-ordination among engineers, task prioritization, clarity about work, and balancing task distribution are crucial. With enormous interdependencies, I need to ensure that execution is rolling without unbalancing predictability. Validation and debugging must run hand-in-hand to ensure we meet critical milestones and, at the same time, keep the learning curve for team members moving upwards.

Wi-Fi Bluetooth® combo products (chipsets and modules) validated for production release – for example 43012, 5459x and Hatchet-2.

The highlights certainly are ‘challenges’ and ‘learning’, ‘team spirit’ in success and in failure, and viewing mistakes as opportunities.

With evolving and changing dynamics, the challenge would be to keep the team motivated all the time.

Without any doubt or hesitation, I can say that it is my team. The connection we establish professionally and personally, the mentoring we receive for both work and life, and the support we experience in success and in failure are truly unique.
