Overview

OptiMOS™ 8 80 V offers highest power density & energy efficiency at the industry’s lowest RDS(on) and was designed to meet requirements for applications such as AI, Datacenter, Telecom and motor control. The portfolio includes products optimized for hard-switching & for soft-switching topologies.
