TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family S6J335x is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core, running at speeds up to 240 MHz. It includes high performance, up to 4 MB of high-density, 8 CAN FD, and Ethernet AVB for gateway control. The microcontroller also supports the latest in-car networks and offers high-performance graphics engines optimized for a min. memory footprint. Additionally, it features Ethernet AVB, CAN-FD, and SHE for security

TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family S6J335x features 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®- R5F core and operates up to 240 MHz. This microcontroller comes with high performance, a maximum of 4 MB of high-density, eight-channel CAN FD, and Ethernet AVB for gateway control. This family offers state-of-the-art real-time performance, safety, and security features. In addition, this microcontroller offers support for the HYPERBUS™ memory interface, a breakthrough that dramatically improves read performance while reducing the number of pins. This microcontroller comes with Ethernet AVB, CAN-FD, a high-speed communication protocol compatible with the conventional CAN, and SHE as a security function. The S6J335x series has a lot of lineups. The suitable specification microcontroller can be selected from the rich lineup.
