600 V and 650 V IGBT modules come in chopper, booster, dual, fourpack, PIM, sixpack, and 3-level configurations with a current rating between 10 A and 600 A. These modules can typically be found in motor control and drives, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), industrial heating and welding, Commercial, Construction and Agricultural Vehicles (CAV), or solar energy systems.

Choose between different IGBT chip generations based on your requirements, for example, soft switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 (E3) or HighSpeed 3 IGBT, soft switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 (E4) or TRENCHSTOP™ 5 H5 technology. IGBT modules with 600 V and 650 V are also available with pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM) for a reproducible thermal performance of power electronics applications. In addition, these 600 V/650 V modules can be mounted with the help of PressFIT pins for a solder-less and lead-free mounting of power modules.

TIM is the abbreviation for our new thermal interface material. With the ongoing increase of power densities in power electronics, the thermal interface between the power module and heat sink becomes a larger challenge.
