They come in chopper, dual, fourpack, PIM, sixpack, and single switch configurations with a current rating between 50 A and 3600 A. 1600 V and 1700 V IGBT modules can typically be found in motor control and drives, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), wind energy systems, Commercial, Construction and Agricultural Vehicles (CAV), or traction applications.

Choose between different IGBT chip generations based on your requirements, for example, soft-switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 (E3), fast- and soft-switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 (E4 and P4), or the fast-switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT5 P5 chip, that is combined with the XT interconnection technology.

 IGBT modules with 1600 V and 1700 V are also available with pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM) for a reproducible thermal performance of power electronics applications. In addition to our solder modules, many 1600 V/1700 V modules can be mounted with the help of PressFIT pins for a solder-less and lead-free mounting of power modules.
