Utilizing the XENSIV™ BGT60UTR11AIP 60 GHz radar sensor, the garage door system intelligently detects the car's approach for automatic opening. More than just a switch, the radar provides precise distance estimation, enabling advanced safety features like anti-pinch sensing to ensure the door stops instantly if an obstruction is detected.
  • Lighting that follows and obeys: As you step into the living space, physical switches become obsolete. The XENSIV™ BGT60LTR11AIP autonomous radar detects your presence to instantly illuminate the room – acting as an alternative to any PIR sensor. Here, HTEC takes it a step further: simply waving a hand in the air captures the magic of the XENSIV™ BGT60TR13C 60 GHz radar sensor for micro movement detection. This Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) sensor translates subtle hand gestures into reliably detectable commands, allowing you to dim the lights or shift the color temperature to set the perfect mood without ever touching a control panel. Lights so intelligent are also energy-efficient and minimize the consumption. 
  • A new sense of context within the home space: Security runs invisibly in the background, giving the home a sense of hearing. XENSIV™ MEMS Microphones, powered by Deepcraft ML models running on a PSoC™ 6 MCU, act as an intelligent guardian. Unlike standard sound sensors, this edge AI solution analyzes audio patterns to detect specific events, ensuring the home is responsive to its acoustic environment.
