The TLE92464EDHP surpasses the TLE92464ED with enhanced accuracy: <±3 mA initially and <±0.8% including aging up to 1200 mA. It supports target currents from 0 to 1500mA with 15-bit resolution, and dither currents up to 1800mA. ISO 26262 compliant, it ensures ASIL safety and reduces external components with integrated transistors and current sensing resistors.
