The TLS820B2ELVSE is ideal for automotive systems, with a wide input voltage range and low quiescent current. Its new loop concept provides fast regulation and high stability with only a small 1μF ceramic capacitor at the output. It offers a very low dropout voltage and can operate during cranking conditions. The output voltage can be selected between 5V and 3.3V, and it includes internal protection features for added reliability.
