The TLS208D1EJV is designed for applications with a permanent connection to pre-regulators. Available in PG-DSO-8 (Exposed Pad) and TSON-10 packages. Features include enable functionality and adjustable reset threshold. Protected against overload, short circuit, and over-temperature. Input capacitor CI compensates line influences. Output capacitor CQ ensures stability of the regulating circuit. Ideal for automotive applications.
