The MOTIX™ TLE9934EVW40C is a fully integrated three-phase SoC featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, LIN transceiver, gate driver, voltage regulator, and MOSFETs on a single chip. Its integrated B6 Bridge supports up to 2A peak current, helping to ensure a compact PCB size. Ideal for small BLDC motors, this solution supports automotive actuators such as HVAC flaps and valves with an efficient and space-saving design.
