The MOTIX™ TLE9877QTW40 is a single chip 3-Phase motor driver integrating an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, LIN transceiver, and driving stages on a single die. It enables advanced motor control algorithms like field-oriented control. This AEC-Q100 Grade 0 device in TQFP package is ideal for mechatronic BLDC motor control applications like pumps and fans.
