The MOTIX™ TLE9871QXA20 is a single chip 3-Phase motor driver integrating an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, LIN transceiver, and driving stages on a single die. This automotive qualified highly integrated device enables advanced motor control algorithms like field-oriented control and offers efficient solutions for BLDC motor controllers like water pumps.
