The MOTIX™ TLE9867QXA40 is a highly integrated, automotive-qualified H-Bridge motor control solution that combines an industry standard Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, a LIN transceiver, and driving stages in a single package. The VQFN-48 packaged compact device is designed to provide cost-effective and space-efficient solutions for DC motor control applications.
