The TLE9461ES is a monolithic IC for automotive CAN applications. It provides microcontroller supply, CAN bus interface, CAN FD support, high voltage GPIO, and SPI control. With low-power modes and wake-up options, it minimizes current consumption. The device features protective functions, configurable watchdog, and undervoltage reset.
