The transceiver meets ISO11898-2 andSAE J2284-4/-5 standards. TLE9252VSK offers Bus Wake-up Pattern (WUP) function with optimized filter time (0.5μs < tFilter< 1.8μs). Modes optimized for reduced current consumption: Normal-operating, Sleep, Stand-by. Sleep Mode (< 25μA) detects Wake-Up Pattern on HS CAN bus. VIO enables 3.3V/5V microcontroller interfaces. TLE9252VSK: standard DSO-14, TLE9252VLC: tiny leadless TSON-14 with LTI for AOI capability.
