The MOTIX™ TLE9180D-21QK is an advanced gate driver IC for controlling 6 N-channel MOSFETs in automotive 3-phase motor drives. It operates at 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V and has a powerful driver stage with 2A output current per channel. It includes integrated current sense amplifiers for shunt signal conditioning. ISO26262-compliant enhancement is available on request.
