The TLE8457BSJ supplies a stable 3.3 V to microcontrollers and peripherals, with up to 70 mA. It offers VCC undervoltage reset protection, complies with LIN specification 2.2A and SAE J2602 for bi-directional bus communication, and transitions to power saving mode upon fault detection. AEC qualified and based on Infineon BiCMOS technology, it provides excellent ESD robustness and high EMC.
