The TLE8250SJ links the physical bus layer and the CAN protocol controller, ensuring low EME, supporting 2 MBit/s data rates, and offering receive-only and power-save modes. With excellent ESD immunity, it's ideal for mixed supply HS CAN networks, AEC qualified for automotive environments, and compliant with ISO11898-2.
