The TLE8250GVIO is a high-performance CAN transceiver that interfaces between the bus layer and CAN protocol controller. It protects the microcontroller, meets ISO11898-2 requirements, and offers low EME. With a RoHS PG-DSO-8 package, it's suitable for automotive applications. It features Infineon SPT® for ESD robustness and high EMI immunity. Ideal for large CAN networks, it has fail-safe features and optimized slew rates.
