The TLE8250G is a bus-interface for CAN protocol controllers, protecting microcontrollers and ensuring low EME. It meets ISO11898-2 standards, offers excellent passive behavior in Power Down mode, and suitable for mixed supply HS CAN networks. It provides ESD robustness, high EMI immunity, and is AEC qualified for automotive use. With three operation modes, Fail Safe features, and optimized slew rates, it's ideal for high-data-rate CAN networks.
