TLE7258: Designed for in-vehicle networks (up to 20kbps). Acts as bus driver between protocol controller and LIN network. Compliant to LIN standards, wide supply range. Supports modes, controls external components. Sleep mode: <10μA quiescent current, wakes up on LIN bus traffic. Low leakage current on BUS pin. Infineon BiCMOS for ESD robustness, high EMC. Low EME, battery voltage independent. AEC qualified for automotive.
