Introducing the TLE7250G, an interface driving signals to the CAN bus and protecting the microcontroller from network interferences. It offers low electromagnetic emission, ISO 11898-2 compliance, excellent passive behavior, and Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT for ESD and electromagnetic immunity. AEC qualified and tailored for the Automotive Environment, it's ideal for large CAN networks with high data transmission rates.
