Introducing the TLE6251DS CAN-transceiver, designed for high-speed data transmission in automotive and industrial applications. It offers improved passive behavior, remote wake-up capability, normal and stand-by modes, and robustness for 12 V and 24 V applications. Utilizing Smart Power Technology SPT®, it integrates bipolar and CMOS control circuitry for enhanced performance.
