The XENSIV™ TLE5571 current sensor in a compact TDSO-16 package is a contactless magnetic field sensor with a dedicated ultra-fast and externally adjustable OCD threshold. Designed for high-power applications and rapid overcurrent detection, it is ideal for high-voltage batteries, solid-state relays, and e-fuses. It is also a great fit for SiC- and GaN-based applications for overcurrent detection, measuring currents up to several hundred amps.
