XENSIV™ TLE4998S linear sensor is designed for precise rotation/position detection & current measurement. Provides digital SENT signal (SAE J2716 standard) with Hall value, temperature & status info. Output: open-drain, needs external pull-up for high level. Produced in high voltage BiCMOS tech with reverse-polarity protection. 16-bit DSP architecture & digital temperature compensation ensure excellent stability (16-bit res, internal stages up to 20 bits).
