XENSIV™ TLE4978-R060W3-O-S0010 uses a hybrid Hall+coil architecture for bidirectional AC/DC current sensing. Developed according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL B, it offers 9 MHz bandwidth and high accuracy for automotive and industrial designs. The Grade 0 DSO-16 package supports reinforced isolation. Pre-calibrated, with pre-programmed sensitivity, it delivers 38 mARMS noise, <1% accuracy over the full temp. range, and adjustable OCD/ZCD thresholds.
