XENSIV™ TLE4977-R040W5-O-S0010 uses a hybrid Hall+coil architecture for bidirectional AC/DC current sensing. Developed according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL B, it offers 1 MHz (min.) bandwidth and high accuracy for automotive and industrial designs. The DSO-16 package supports reinforced isolation. Pre-calibrated, with pre-programmed sensitivity, it delivers 38 mARMS noise, <1% accuracy over the full temp. range, and an adjustable OCD threshold.
