Infineon TLE4922: Active mono cell Hall sensor for motion & position detection of ferromagnetic & permanent magnet structures. Self-calibration for optimum accuracy during operation. Two types available: TLE4922-XAN (2000-hour qualification, suited for 2-wheeler speed measurements at 9 V) and TLE4922-XIN (5000-hour qualification, suitable for 12 V automotive applications).
