The stand-by regulator transforms an input voltage VI in the range of 5.6V ≤ VI ≤ 42V to an output voltage of VQ2 = 5.0V (±2%). Main output tracks stand-by output voltage at 5V. Also available in versions of 5V/3.3V and 5V/2.6V (refer to TLE4473G V53/TLE4473G V52 datasheet). INH1 inhibits Q1 output, INH2 inhibits Q1 and Q2 outputs. Quiescent current is 1µA.
