The TLE4275 is a monolithic integrated low-drop voltage regulator in a 5-pin TO-package. It regulates input voltage up to 45V to VQ,nom = 5.0V and can drive loads up to 450mA, featuring short-circuit protection. It includes temperature protection, turning off at over-temperature. It generates a reset signal for an output voltage VQ,rt of typ. 4.65V, with the delay time programmable by an external delay capacitor.
