The TDA38827 OptiMOS™ IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator. It uses a fast constant on-time (COT) control scheme, which simplifies the design effort and achieves fast control response. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the TDA38827 a small footprint solution, providing high-efficiency power delivery.
