Thyristor/Thyristor 55 mm Power Start 1600 V, 1400 A module for soft start applications in pressure contact technology. Main benefit of the design concept in comparison to existing soft starter solutions is one slim foot-print (55 mm) fitting 1400 A starting current which allows contactor compatible designs (LxWxH 134x55x100 mm).If you need higher blocking voltage go to STT1400N18P55 .
