The S70KS1281DPBHI023 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) HyperRAM self-refresh DRAM with an 8-bit DQ bus and low-signal-count interface using CS#, CK/CK#, and RWDS. It supports DDR transfers up to 166 MHz (333 MBps) at 1.8 V and 100 MHz (200 MBps) at 3.0 V, with wrapped (16 to 128 bytes) or linear bursts. Industrial -40 to 85°C operation is offered in a 24-ball FBGA package for buffer memory in embedded systems.
