The S70FS01GSDSMFI010 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) dual-die SPI NOR Flash memory, integrating two FS512S dies in a single package. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, SDR up to 133 MHz, and DDR up to 80 MHz. Features include 512-byte page programming, hardware ECC, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification (–40°C to +125°C). Ideal for code shadowing and data storage in automotive and embedded systems.
