The S70FS01GSDSBHV210 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) dual-die SPI NOR Flash memory with 1.8 V operation, 65 nm MirrorBit™ technology, and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. Supporting SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MBps, it offers extended addressing, advanced sector protection, and robust data retention.
