The S70FL01GSDSMFB013 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) stacked SPI Flash memory with dual S25FL512S die for automotive and industrial use. It operates at 3.0 V, supports SPI Multi-I/O including DDR up to 80 MHz, and features uniform 256-kbyte sectors. With 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum and 20-year data retention, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) and is available in a 16-pin SOIC package. MirrorBit® technology ensures reliability.
