The S70FL01GSDPBHVC13 is a 1 Gbit stacked SPI Flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MirrorBit® technology. Operating at 3.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O with DDR options, uniform 256-kbyte sectors, and a 512-byte page programming buffer. The device delivers up to 100,000 program-erase cycles, minimum 20-year data retention, and meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive qualification (-40°C to +125°C). It is ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded systems.
