The S70FL01GSAGMFB010 is a 1 Gbit stacked serial NOR flash memory with two S25FL512S dies accessed independently via SPI Multi-I/O at up to 133 MHz. It supports Quad and DDR read modes, uniform 256-kbyte sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) for automotive use. Security and block protection features suit code storage in automotive, industrial, and embedded systems.
