The S29PL127J80BFI050 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB) 3 V flash memory with Enhanced VersatileIO™ supporting I/O voltages of 1.65–1.95 V or 2.7–3.6 V. It features page mode operation with access times as fast as 20 ns (page) and 80 ns (random), simultaneous read/write across four FlexBank banks, robust sector protection, and 0.2 μA standby current. With 20-year data retention and 1 million cycles endurance per sector, it is available in BGA and TSOP packages for reliable storage.
