The S29JL064J70TFI000 is a 64 Mb, 3.0 V-only flash memory in a 48-pin TSOP package, supporting simultaneous read/write with zero latency and access times as fast as 70 ns. Organized as 4M × 16-bit or 8M × 8-bit, it features flexible bank architecture, top and bottom boot sectors, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C.
