The S29JL032J70TFI310 is a 32 Mb, 3.0 V-only simultaneous read/write flash memory, organized as 2M × 16-bit or 4M × 8-bit with a 70 ns access time in a 48-pin TSOP package. It supports JEDEC 42.4 command set, top or bottom boot sector options, and features a Secured Silicon Region for permanent code storage.
